What may be included
Medicare Advantage plans are offered by private insurers approved by Medicare, and many bundle extras that Original Medicare does not cover.
Select plans include a prepaid card of up to $500 that may be used toward groceries, over-the-counter items and utility bills.
Routine cleanings, eyeglasses and hearing aids are not covered by Original Medicare, but may be included in an Advantage plan.
